Allahabad High Court Rejects Jaigurudev Sanstha’s Appeal for Property Management

The Allahabad High Court has dismissed an appeal by the Jaigurudev Dharma Pracharak Sanstha, which had sought the appointment of a receiver to oversee the management of its properties located in Mathura. The appeal was a follow-up to a prior decision by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) in Mathura, which had also rejected the Sanstha’s request due to insufficient evidence to support the claims.

The case, brought forth by the Sanstha through senior advocate Anil Bhushan, alleged that Pankaj Yadav, the first respondent, had unlawfully assumed control over the organization’s assets. However, Justice Kshitij Shailendra, after thorough review, determined that the allegations of mismanagement did not hold up due to the lack of substantial proof.

In the court’s findings, it was noted that the Sanstha failed to provide detailed information or disclosures that could substantiate the claims made against Yadav. Specifically, the court pointed out the absence of necessary details such as the names of vendors involved in the contested property transactions, which further weakened the case.
