Kerala HC Denies Anticipatory Bail in Assault Case: “Wooden Stick Considered as Weapon”

In a recent development, the High Court of Kerala has ruled against granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Vineesh, in connection with a case registered under Crime at the Kattakada Police Station in Thiruvananthapuram. Vineesh had applied for anticipatory bail for offenses under Sections 294(b), 447, 324, and 326 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
