Recently, The Bombay HC stated that even if the husband is in financial distress, he cannot avoid maintaining his wife and children. The bench of Justice Bharati Dangre was dealing with the order passed by the Family Court where the Court has directed the applicant-husband to pay maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month to his wife.
