The Allahabad HC on Monday ruled that witnesses u/s 311 Cr.P.C. can be recalled for the benefit of the accused and prosecution both. The bench of Justice Surendra Singh was dealing with the application challenging the order and all proceedings arising out of the case registered u/s 147, 148, 149, 302, 395, 396, 504 I.P.C.
