Will Implementation of Virtual Hearing Remove Corruption and Nepotism from Legal Profession? Asks BCI

In a letter addressed to all State Bar Councils, the Bar Council of India has invited suggestions/inputs regarding the functioning of virtual courts and virtual hearings. The suggestions will be put before the Parliamentary Standing Committee.  The letter reads that the deadline for submitting responses is 5 PM on 03.04.2021. BCI will submit the responses/suggestions
