Tushar Mehta Re-appointed as Solicitor General of India

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet has granted approval for the re-appointment of Tushar Mehta as the Solicitor General of India. Mehta, who currently serves as the Solicitor General, will continue in this role for a period of three years starting from July 1, 2023, or until further orders, whichever comes first.
