Recently, the Supreme Court dismissed a petition filed by two lawyers who sought their vehicles be allowed to run till the end of their life, both petrol and diesel. However, the Bench of Justices LN Rao, BR Gavai and AS Bopanna observed that the instant petition was nothing but abuse of the process of law.
