Supreme Court Frames Guidelines For Correction of Name, Date of Birth & Parents Name in CBSE Certificate

On Thursday, the Supreme Court issued guidelines for CBSE to process applications for change or correction in certificates issued by CBSE Board. The Bench comprising Hon’ble Justice Krishna Murari, BR Gavai and Hon’ble Justice AM Khanwilkar issued these directives while disposing of a batch of appeals that questioned the bye-laws imposing restrictions related to change/correction
