Section 126 CrPC | Maintenance Case Can’t be Filed at a Place Where Flying Visits are Made, Rules MP HC

The Madhya Pradesh High Court (Gwalior Bench) recently ruled that the term “resides” as used in Section 126 CrPC cannot be equated with a “casual stay or a flying visit.” Justice G.S. Ahluwalia was hearing a petition filed by the Petitioner/ husband, challenging the family court’s order rejecting his Order VII R 11 CPC application.
