SC Upholds Conviction Of a Man Accused Of Killing His Two Sons

The Supreme Court recently upheld the conviction of a person and rejected the convict’s plea of mental incapacity. The convict was accused of killing his two sons.  The Bench of Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and Sudhanshu Dhulia observed that where the accused is charged with murder, the burden to prove that as a result of unsoundness
