SC sets aside a MP HC order directing the accused to get rakhi tied by the victim of sexual assault to get bail

On Thursday, the Supreme Court set aside an order of Madhya Pradesh High Court wherein the Court directed a man accused of sexual assault to get a Rakhi tied by the victim as a condition for bail.
