SC Highlights Systemic Delays in Judicial Process, Directs School to Pay Rs 1,00,000/- As Compensation

The Supreme Court on Tuesday highlighted systemic delays in the judicial process and noted arbitrariness in the school’s action but unable to provide a post to the petitioner due to school closure. The bench of Justices Pamidighantam Sri Narasimha and Sandeep Mehta was dealing with the appeal challenging the order passed by the High Court.
