SC Dismisses PIL For President’s Rule in Maharashtra.

On 16.10.2020, the Supreme Court bench dismissed a plea seeking President’s rule in Maharashtra. The petitioners were advised to approach the President of India instead. Three persons from Delhi filed this Petition. They requested the Court to remove the Maha Vikas Aghadi government of Maharastra that is led by Uddhav Thackerey. Hon’ble Chief Justice Bobde
