Rajasthan HC Has Stays Arrest Of A Man Accused Of Pronouncing Triple Talaaq To His Wife

The Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench) has stayed the arrest of a man who is accused of pronouncing triple talaaq to his wife. Before the court, the petitioner husband submitted that the talaaq that he had pronounced to his wife does not fall within the definition of talaaq-e-biddat (triple talaaq) which is punishable by law.
