The District Consumer Commission, Bangalore has directed Box 8 meals and a Zomatao manager to pay Rs 2000 as compensation and Rs 2000 as litigation cost to the complainant. The complainant had ordered food (Amritsari Chole Thali) from Zomato app but it was not delivered. Aggrieved, the complainant filed a complaint against the opposite parties
