Recently, while interpreting Section 37 of the NDPS Act, the Calcutta High Court has ruled that reasonable grounds for believing that an accused has not committed an offense should be more than just the prima facie grounds. Section 37 of the NDPS Act mentions the matters where the bail could be given to the accused.
