License of Lawyer, Accused of Submitting Forged COVID19 Report to Get Financial Assistance, Suspended

The Delhi Bar Council has provisionally suspended an Advocate’s licence after he reportedly filed a forged Covid-19 report in order to obtain financial assistance.  The Bar Council of Delhi suspended the lawyer’s licence when the Laboratory acknowledged that no such Covid-19 report was issued by them.
