The High Court of Jharkhand has directed that WhatApp (instant messaging app) be impleaded in the Hit and Run case of Judge Uttam Anand that happened in 2021. The Bench of Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad made the direction after the CBI submitted that they had WhatsApp for certain documents
