High Courts Are Constitutional Courts As Well And They Are Not Subordinate To The Supreme Court: SC

The Supreme Court recently reiterated that High Courts are also constitutional courts and they are not subordinate to the Supreme Court. The observation was made by the Bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Ahsanuddin Amanullah while dealing with an SLP filed Article 136 of the Indian Constitution seeking direction to the Patna High Court
