Delhi HC Orders Cancellation of All 54 Aircraft Registrations of Go First, Imposes Flying Ban

In a major setback for the airline Go First, the Delhi High Court has directed the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to cancel the registration of all 54 aircraft leased by the airline within the next five business days. The court has also imposed a flying ban on these aircraft amid ongoing legal proceedings.
