Delay in Considering Representation by Statutory Authorities Amounts to Dereliction of Duties: Madras HC

Recently, the Madras High Court observed that when never complaint is made to statutory authorities they should act on it and not keep it pending indefinitely. The authorities should consider the matter on merits and pass appropriate orders.
