Counsel Reprimanded for scanning Bail Application through Cam Scanner [Read Order]

An Additional Session Judge of Delhi, Shri Sunil Chaudhary, reprimanded the counsel for filing Bail Application by using “Cam Scanner” App to scan the same. The court observed that the app had been banned by the Government of India, therefore the Judge cautioned against its use in “legal work in the future”. The order reads
