Congress Leader Raj Babbar Sentenced to Two Years in Prison in a 26-year-old case

On Thursday, a Lucknow MP/MLA court sentenced former SP candidate Raj Babbar to two years in prison for influencing voting by entering the booth and misbehaving with the polling agent. The court also imposed a Rs.8500 fine. Raj Babbar is the current Congress leader. He has also served as the UP Congress Party’s state president.
