The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh HC on Wednesday ruled that compulsory retirement cannot be sustained merely because an FIR was lodged against the petitioner by the Vigilance Organization. The bench of Justices Tashi Rabstan and Sindhu Sharma was dealing with the letters patent appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Single Bench
