On Tuesday, the Calcutta High Court issued a circular stating that proceedings can be done through the hybrid mode now. The circular further reads that after consulting the Covid committee the Hon’ble Chief Justice is pleased to state that now the hearings can be conducted through hybrid mode allowing lawyers to appear physically as well
