The administration of the High Court of Calcutta has filed a special leave petition (SLP) before the Supreme Court, challenging an order of one of its Judges regarding connectivity issues during virtual hearings, in which he also expressed reservations about the Acting Chief Justice’s assignment of matters to Judges.
