Australian Court dismisses Plea filed by its citizen, stuck in India due to a travel ban

On Monday, an Australian Court in Sydney dismissed a legal petition filed by a 73-year-old citizen stuck in Bengaluru, Karnataka, against the government’s decision to ban its citizens’ return to India temporarily. During the first hearing of the case, Justice Thomas Thawley stated that the law was drafted with an intent to manage biosecurity emergencies
