Recently, the Bombay High Court upheld an acquittal in a bribery case by stating that the allegation of bribe of Rs 100 in 2007 is trivial. The bench of Justice Jitendra Jain was dealing with the appeal challenging the judgment delivered by the Special Judge acquitting the respondent-original accused from charges under Sections 7, 13(1)
