The arrest of Sahara India Chairman Saharashree Subrata Roy and two deputy chairman of the company in a fraud case has been stayed by the Allahabad High Court. On the petition of OP Srivastava and others, Justice Syed Aftab Hussain Rizvi passed this order. The three have been served with a non-bailable warrant by CJM
