Recently the Allahabad High Court dismissed a petition, noting that the applicants did not come to the Court with clean hands and filed a false affidavit. This Judgment was passed by a single-judge bench led by Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh while hearing an application under Section 482 CrPC filed by Umesh Kumar Yadav and others.
