Allahabad HC Seeks Reply From State on Health Hazards of Online Education During Pandemic

The Allahabad High Court has entertained a Public Interest Litigation filed by Masoom Bachpan Foundation. Petitioner Foundation is a trust for development, education, welfare and security of children. Masoom Bachpan Foundation filed a PIL seeking direction for State to ensure that no unaided private schools be allowed to charge any fee for the period “lockdown”
