Kishan Chand Jain, an RTI activist and lawyer from Agra, filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in Allahabad high court, reviving hopes for resolving the long-pending monkey menace in Agra. In its order dated July 19, the court directed that notice be issued to respondents for the next date set in the case, August 17.
