Allahabad HC asks the State of UP to specify steps taken to curb noise pollution

Recently, the Allahabad High Court asked the UP Government to file an affidavit stating the steps it has taken to control noise pollution generated by vehicles, especially those that have modified silencers. Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, Advocate has been appointed as Amicus Curiae to assist the court in this matter. The Bench of Hon’ble Justice Dinesh
