Recently, the Uttarakhand High Court has set aside a Central Administrative Tribunal order wherein it transferred the hearing of an IFS officer’s (Sanjiv Chaturvedi) plea. As per the officer, the impugned order is legally unsustainable. The petitioner Sanjiv Chaturvedi is a 2002 batch IFS Officer and is currently posted as Chief Conservator of Forest (CCF)
