Recently, Dist. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Cuttack imposed costs on seller for selling expired products. The bench of President Debasish Nayak and Member Sibananda Mohanty was dealing with the case where the complainant had purchased 1 kg. of Bikano All Time mixture packet from the shop of the O.P by paying a consideration of Rs.202/-.
