The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has ruled that an employee canโt be denied medical reimbursement on the ground that he got treatment at a speciality hospital which is not recognised/approved by the state government. The Bench of Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal made this observation in a plea seeking direction to the respondent
