The Supreme Court on Monday stated that as per the Salary Certificate, the due weightage was not properly calculated by the Trial Court and High Court and enhanced the compensation. The bench of Justices B.R. Gavai and C.T. Ravikumar was dealing with the appeal challenging the judgment and order of the Punjab and Haryana HC.
