SC restores charges under KCOCA against the accused in the Gauri Lankesh murder incident

On Thursday, the Supreme Court restored charges under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act (KCOCA) against accused Mohan Nayak for the Gauri Lankesh murder case. A Bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari, and CT Ravikumar allowed the appeal filed by Kavita Lankesh (sister of Gauri Lankesh) against a Karnataka High Court order wherein
