Appointment as a judge is not merely a job, but a sacred responsibility: CG HC Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha

Under the esteemed leadership & gracious presence of Hon’ble The Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and Patron-in-Chief of the Academy, Shri Justice Ramesh Sinha, the Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy, Bilaspur, today inaugurated the First Part of the Induction Training Programme (3 Months) for the newly appointed Civil Judges (Junior Division). The Inaugural Session was also graced by the presence of Hon’ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey, Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and Chairperson of the Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy.
Induction Training Programme will start on 30th June, 2025 and end on 27th September, 2025.

In his keynote address, the Hon’ble The Chief Justice congratulated the newly inducted judges on entering into judicial service and emphasized the sacred responsibility they bear in upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice to the common citizen. He highlighted the importance of continuous learning, judicial ethics, and humility in the life of a judge. He further encouraged the officers to approach the training with dedication and sincerity, as the foundation laid during this period will significantly shape their future judicial conduct and competence.

The Hon’ble The Chief Justice underlined the importance of punctuality, preparedness, and patience that are the hallmarks of a good judge.
