The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has expanded its legal actions in the Rajasthan hotel firing case by filing charges against three additional suspects. This case, intricately linked with Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla, has seen increased scrutiny and action by Indian authorities.
On Saturday, the NIA presented its second supplementary chargesheet before the Special NIA Court in Jaipur. The newly charged individuals — Dharmendra Singh, Gaurav, and Deepak — are accused of conspiring to orchestrate the attack on Hotel Highway King in Neemrana, which occurred in December 2024.
This latest filing brings the total number of individuals charged in this ongoing investigation to six. The chargesheet details the roles and participation of each accused in the conspiracy, allegedly under the direction or influence of Dalla and his network.

Last month, the NIA had already charged three others — Sachin alias Praveen alias Dholia, Yogesh alias Monu, and Vijay alias Kale — for their involvement in the same case.
The case initially handled by the Rajasthan Police led to the chargesheeting of seven individuals and the arrest of eight. The NIA later took over the investigation, signaling the serious implications of cross-border terrorism and the connections to Dalla.
