Allahabad HC imposes cost of Rs 50K on a petitioner who misused the judicial process

On Friday, Allahabad High Court imposed a cost of Rs 50,000 on a petitioner for misusing the judicial process by filing a PIL for personal benefit. The Court also dismissed his petition.
