Allahabad HC Calls Personal Affidavit of Judge for Alleged Religious Discrimination Against Muslim Lawyers

Recently, the Allahabad High Court summoned a judicial officer for alleged religious discrimination against Muslim lawyers. However on next date of hearing the court exempted the personal appearance and called for personal affidavit of the Judicial Officer concerned.
