ED Cannot Deprive Person of Right to Sleep by Recording Statements at Unearthly Hours: Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court on Monday stated that ED cannot deprive a person of the right to sleep by recording statements at unearthly hours. The bench of Justice Revati Mohite Dere and Manjusha Deshpande was dealing with the petition filed to declare the arrest of the petitioner as illegal and thereby releasing the Petitioner forthwith
