The Bar Council of India, which organises All India Bar Examination (AIBE) has issued a revised schedule for AIBE XVIII (18).
By means of a notification issued on Friday, the Bar Council has extended the last date of online application for AIBE XVIII (18) from 30th September to 9th October 2023.
The Last date of payments through online mode for AIBE XVIII is also 10.10.2023.
The last date of correction in Registration forms has been extended to 15th October 2023.
The Admit Cards for AIBE XVIII (18) will be released between 20th October to 25th October 2023.
However it is to be noted that there is no change in the date of examination for AIBE XVIII (18) which is still 29th October 2023.
The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVIII (18) is, a certification exam of paramount importance for law graduates seeking to practice law in India, is conducted biannually by the Bar Council of India.
Key Eligibility Criteria for AIBE XVIII (18) 2023-
1. Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Graduation in Law degree, which includes both the 3-year LLB and the 5-year LLB, from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India. This serves as the fundamental educational requirement for appearing in the AIBE examination.

3. Enrollment Certificate Requirement: Aspiring lawyers must hold a valid enrollment certificate issued by any of the state bar councils in India. Moreover, it is crucial to clear the AIBE examination within a stipulated period of two years from the date of enrollment.
