Karnataka HC Dismisses PIL Seeking Ban on Using Photos of CM, Ministers on Govt Ads

In a recent ruling, the High Court of Karnataka has dismissed a petition filed by Sri Bhimappa Gundappa Gadad, a self-proclaimed social activist, seeking the removal of names and photographs of key government officials from various government advertisements and sanction orders.  The case was heard by Chief Justice Prasanna B. Varale and Justice Krishna S.
