Allahabad High Court Transfers 18 District Judges

The Allahabad High Court has transferred 18 district judges and given them new postings. It also includes the Presiding Officers of the three Commercial Courts.

Information to this effect has been issued by the High Court administration.

According to a notification issued by Director General Rajeev Bharti, Aligarh District Judge Dr. Babbu Sarang has been made Banda District Judge. Whereas, Banda’s District Judge Kamlesh Kuchhal has been entrusted with the responsibility of Sambhal-Chandausi.

Similarly, Sambhal-Chandauli District Judge Anil Kumar has been posted as Kairana-Shamli District Judge, Kairana-Shamli District Judge Girish Kumar Vaish as Auraiya District Judge, Auraiya District Judge Anil Kumar Verma I as Santakbir Nagar District Judge, Muzaffarnagar District Judge. District Judge Chavan Prakash has been appointed as the new District Judge of Etawah.

Etawah District Judge Vinay Kumar Dwivedi has been posted as Muzaffarnagar District Judge, Gorakhpur Commercial Court Presiding Officer Saket Bihari as Bhadohi District Judge, Ghaziabad District Judge Jitender Kumar Sinha as Pilibhit, Pilibhit District Judge Sudhir Kumar as Mainpuri and Mainpuri. K District Judge Anil Kumar-Dasham has been made District Judge, Ghaziabad.

Similarly, Mahoba District Judge Devendra Singh I has been posted as Deoria District Judge, Deoria District Judge Jai Prakash Yadav as Mahoba District Judge, Varanasi Commercial Court Presiding Officer Ram Sunil Singh as Ambedkarnagar-Akbarpur District Judge, Farrukhabad District Judge Ashwini. Kumar Tripathi has been posted as Lucknow District Judge, Vinay Kumar III, Presiding Officer, Agra Commercial Court, Farrukhabad District Judge, Ambedkarnagar-Akbarpur District Judge Padam Narayan Mishra as Jhansi District Judge, Jhansi District Judge Zafir Ahmed as Amroha District Judge, District Judge of Amroha Sanjeev Kumar has been made District Judge of Aligarh.
