Writ Petition Against YouTube Not Maintainable, Rules Rajasthan HC

On Monday the Rajasthan High Court dismissed a Writ Petition as not maintainable seeking reliefs against online video sharing platform YouTube.  Justice Mahendar Kumar Goyal refused to accept the petitioner’s submission that Youtube performs the public functions of a ‘State’ or it falls within Article 12 of Constitution.
