Recently, the Kerala High Court issued notice to the State, Lulu International Mall, and the Kalamassery Municipality in a plea challenging the mall illegally taking parking fees from patrons. A Bench of Justice N Nagaresh sought the respondents’ reply to the plea according to which the mall management should provide free parking to the customers.
