While considering application u/s 125 CrPC courts should not raise objections reading the wife and child’s residential proof: Karnataka HC

The Karnataka High Court has ruled that family courts will accept affidavits of affected parties (kids and wife) stating theorem place of residence is away from the matrimonial home and not to raise the jurisdiction issue while hearing an application for maintenance from husband u.s 125 CrPC.
