When Evidence of Hostile Witness Can be Used to Convict Someone? Explains Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has ruled that credible evidence, even from hostile witnesses, can be used to convict someone in a criminal trial. A bench of Justices L.Nageshwar Roa, Sanjiv Khanna and BR Gavai Even held that even if the witnesses have become hostile, their evidence can be accepted if they are natural and independent witnesses
